Terms of Use
These terms are the end user licence agreement (EULA) between MOZ GROUP TEKNOLOJİ BİLİŞİM SANAYİ VE DIŞ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ ("we"; our address and MERSİS number are in the Privacy Policy) and you, the user of Topple Match: Domino Puzzle (the "game"). By downloading or playing the game you accept these terms. How your data is processed is explained in the Privacy Policy.
1. Licence
We give you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable licence to play the game for personal, non-commercial purposes on an Apple or Android device that you own or are allowed to use. The game is licensed to you, not sold. You must not copy, modify or reverse engineer the game (except where the law allows it), rent it out, sell it or use parts of it in another product.
2. The game, progress and accounts
- The game needs no account. Your progress is saved on your phone; if you delete the app, clear its data or change phones, your progress may be lost. Since we keep no copy on our server, we cannot restore it.
- We update the game from time to time; levels, rewards and features may change. We cannot guarantee that the game will always work without interruption or errors.
3. Virtual items
- Coins, boosters, lives, unlimited-life time, costumes and other in-game items ("virtual items") are a licence to use them in the game only. They have no real-money value and cannot be exchanged for money, anything else of value or another game, sold or transferred.
- Purchased consumable items (coin packs, Starter Pack, Piggy Bank, Hard Times Pack) are added to the game on your phone. The stores do not restore them; they may be lost if you delete the app or change phones.
- Remove Ads and King's Pass can be restored on a new device with Restore purchases using the same store account.
- To keep the game balanced we may change what virtual items do in the game; we do not take back an item you already bought (except for cheating or a refunded payment).
4. Purchases
- In-app purchases are made through the App Store or Google Play, and payment is subject to that store's rules. Prices are shown in your local currency, including taxes, on the store screen before you buy.
- A purchase is complete when you confirm it, and the digital content is delivered immediately. Refund requests are handled under Apple's and Google's refund rules; how to request one is on the Support page. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
5. King's Pass subscription
- What you get: King's Pass (Kral Bileti) is a monthly auto-renewing subscription. While it is active it gives you 3,000 coins and three each of the rocket, bomb and crown boosters every month, and no interstitial ads are shown (you can still watch rewarded videos if you want). The monthly rewards are added when you open the game after a new period starts.
- Length and price: 1-month periods. In Turkey 199.99 TRY per month, in the United States USD 9.99 per month; in other countries the price the store sets for that country applies. The current price is shown on the King's Pass card in the game and on the store screen before you buy. There is no free trial.
- Payment: Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account when you confirm the purchase.
- Automatic renewal: The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the current period ends.
- Managing and cancelling: You manage and cancel the subscription in your store account settings, not in the game: on iPhone in Settings > your name > Subscriptions; on Android in Google Play > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you paid for, and you keep King's Pass until then. There are no partial refunds for an unused period (the store's refund rules still apply).
- Price changes: If we change the price, the store tells you in advance and asks for your consent where required; if you do not agree, the subscription does not renew at the end of the period.
6. Ads
The game contains ads: rewarded videos you choose to watch, and interstitial ads after some levels. We are not responsible for the products and services of advertisers. Data processing for ads is described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Social features and rules of conduct
When you use teams, the Friend League and invites:
- Your display name and team name must not contain profanity, insults, hate speech, sexual content, advertising, another person's name or your own contact details.
- Cheating, automation, exploiting bugs and manipulating scores are not allowed.
- We may reset inappropriate names, remove players who break these rules from teams and leagues, and restrict their access to the social features.
8. Intellectual property
The game's name, logo, the character Topi the builder (Usta Topi), graphics, music, code and all other content belong to us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property law.
9. Liability
We provide the game "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage, or for loss of data or virtual items, arising from the use of the game. This limitation does not apply to intent, gross negligence or liability that cannot be limited by law, and it does not remove your statutory consumer rights.
10. If you downloaded the game from the App Store
- These terms are between you and us only; Apple Inc. ("Apple") is not a party to them. We, not Apple, are responsible for the game and its content.
- The licence may be used on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the App Store Terms of Service.
- We are responsible for maintenance and support of the game; Apple has no obligation to provide any.
- If the game fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price (if any) for the game. To the extent the law allows, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the game.
- We, not Apple, handle any claims relating to the game, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, consumer protection and intellectual property infringement claims.
- You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a US Government embargo and are not on any US Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms; when you accept them, Apple has the right to enforce them against you.
11. Changes and termination
We may change these terms; the current version is on this page and we announce important changes in the game. If you keep playing after a change, you accept the new terms. Your licence may end if you seriously break these terms. You can end the agreement at any time by deleting the game; an active subscription must be cancelled separately in the store.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Mandatory consumer protection laws of the country where you live still apply, and you may bring a claim before the competent consumer authorities or courts there. Please write to us first; we can solve most problems quickly.
